    Asthetically, this facility is centrally located, extremely clean with a positive energetic vibe! I have known and worked out with Ricky for several years and can attest to his knowledge, skills, and ability to communicate easily all workouts and if needed, personal modifications. I am a 66 yo female, probably not who you would imagine seeing daily at the gym. This is a non judgemental zone for age and abilities. The personalized programs that have been developed and written for me work on increasing strength and conditioning. I see other members working on specific goals of sports development and others on physical rehab post trauma. I highly recommend Ricky and In Motion for body workout and the accompanying mind calming that follows a good workout!

    Been going to In-Motion for 3+ years, and have seen dramatic improvements in my Fitness, and general health. Been working most recently with Briana Pingitore and Ricky LaVache for well over a year now, and they both know their stuff, and tailor the workouts to your fitness level, and goals. Having been overweight and out of shape for years I knew I had to do something going into my 60s especially after hitting a weight loss plateau since starting 18 months prior. I broke through that plateau, and lost 30 pounds since joining InMotion, and 60 overall. Highly recommend them, and Ill be signing up for another round of sessions this Fall!!

    Ricky Lavache came so highly recommended by my PT who said that he was extremely talented when it came to training people with pain who are trying to become stronger. He was amazing when I met him and listened carefully to understand my weaknesses and future goals. Hes been training me for almost 2 years and he makes training so entertaining and productive that the time flies by. I look forward to every training, because theyre always something new and its never boring.     I have been in InMotion Personal Training for some years. About the coaches, Richy and Moonin are great, design programs focused on your individual goals and take notes of my exercises each day to change the workouts each time I visit.

    Richy La Vache is a fantastic personal trainer. He mixes up the workout each time so it's never boring. He individually plans each workout depending on the injuries I had, something that I really appreciate. Richy keeps me on track, helping me to gain strength, and improve my balance.

    Been going to In Motion for the past 6 months and it has been a great experience so far. Ive made so much progress in my strength that I was overwhelmed to start improving on by myself. I get done in one session with them what would take me nearly double the time to do on my own. The trainers predetermine your exercises for the workout, analyze and choose your weight amount, & correct your form. Its been an absolute blessing to have their knowledge and encouraging words guiding me during my fitness journey. Highly recommend them for anyone who struggles to consistently incorporate weight training into their routine, but value the benefits it has to offer.

    This was the first time I ever tried personal training and I am happy to have chosen InMotion training under the able and enthusiastic trainers Moonin, Justin and Rafael. No matter which one of them trained me out, they are unique and best in different ways.

    They ensure even the smallest of adjustments to posture and technique and it makes such a huge difference.

    The training journey has been fun and the customized routines covered whole body workout with focus for whatever goals I wanted to achieve. The gym is very well equipped, always clean and every individual got a separate room for the workout which was comforting during pandemic times.

    They are accomodative with schedule flexibility which was important for me given the nature of my work and they make sure to push me just enough each time to be a better self.

    I've been working with Moonin at InMotion Personal Training since before he opened this business and worked in a health club.     I have been training with Moonin for seven months now. At 65 years old and after not exercising consistently for a long time, I wasn't sure what I could expect from myself. The first thing I experienced from Moonin and Billy was understanding, then lots of encouragement. Moonin is always aware of my abilities and knows how to push my strengths.     Moonin is awesome! He is systematic in his fitness plan and his prior formal training/ certification necessary for this shows in his current work. I recently completed the initial 12 session program (with satisfactory improvement in muscle mass, strength, flexibility and endurance) and can strongly recommend it to anybody considering a formal structure with expert supervision to take their fitness to the next level.

    Fantastic experience ! Moonin and Billy are amazing guys who tailor the work out to your needs and limits. Very positive attitude. Also they are amazingly flexible and I have had (more than) a few times where I had to cancel or reschedule and it has never been an issue. The location (Shrewsbury) and access is great for me as we live in Shrewsbury. Very reasonable charges for the amount of service you get. The gym is very clean and kept up to date.
    Bottomline: It is a FIVE STAR experience !

    So I have had a ton of personal trainers over the years. When I decided to get back into it I did a lot of research and met with about 5 gyms. The thing about personal trainers is that they're not really regulated, and many are given clients to train with little to no background information. InMotion impressed me with their obvious knowledge, conscientiousness, and friendliness. They do an extensive fitness & mobility assessment that gave me confidence in their ability to help me get healthier without injury.

    I am mostly working with Moonin, but my interactions with Billy and Justin have also been fabulous !

    I was given several visits to InMotion as a gift, this is something I never would have purchased on my own. After my first visit I wish I had started earlier, Moonin listened to my goals and evaluated my abilities.     TLDR: Great location, quality facilities designed for a large range of fitness goals /mobility constraints, and great guys that care about building strength and stamina while minimizing risk of injury.

    Moonin trained my girlfrind and I starting in my 6th month of recovery from knee surgery and he always did a great job of balancing pushing us and protecting our weaker joints. After 12 or so sessions my knee and leg strength strength has night and day improved and my overall flexibility/mobility and comfort has improved massively as well.

    They were very flexible on making my non-conventional schedule work with traveling to and from Boston, Northborough, and Hopkinton in the evenings.

    I've been training with Billy at InMotion for almost 3 years! He has trained me through a pregnancy and afterward. He is fantastic! It is always a great workout, completely tailored to my needs which was especially important to me while I was pregnant. I wanted to feel strong for the delivery and really feel like working out with Billy made a huge difference. After I had the baby, he helped me "bounce back" with great workouts that focus on areas that I really wanted to work on and I've seen a change in my body. He is fun to be around, motivating and generally a great person who seems to really care about his clients. The gym is also a really unique, welcoming space. I have never been one that loved to work out, but now I feel motivated and healthy thanks to Billy. Highly recommend them!

    When I first started working with Billy my knee and hip were bothering me. Billy designed a work-out to address my over-all fitness, as well as, my acute issues. My knee and hip pain are now gone, and my over-all fitness is greatly improved. Prior to working with Billy, my back would hurt while I washing my dog in the tub, now due to my increased core strength, I can wash the dog without hurting my back.     At the start of this year I was looking for a change to my routine and to try something new that would get me the results I needed. I found InMotion online and am so glad! My goals are weight loss, working on my neck/back muscles (as I frequently experience spasms and pain), and just getting in the habit of an overall healthy lifestyle.     As I think about what I want to say about the team at InMotion, I find it important to talk about my fitness journey to encourage others that have had a similar trajectory. For the majority of my adult life I was morbidly obsese and am currently about 30-40 pounds over my ideal weight. Conventional gyms terrify me and still do.

    Since 2013, I have been participating in functional fitness/boot camp classes and seeing a personal trainer. In February of 2020, I was going to two classes a week and seeing a trainer on two other days until Covid hit.
    I lost both of my beloved trainers, one to a maternity leave and the other to a job change. The tiny gym I was attending classes at stopped in person classes and I stopped moving and gained 30 pounds.

    In February of 2021, I decided I could not go a full year without exercise or more importantly, the health benefits that come with exercise. I started doing research and tried a small gym that was not a good fit. I then found InMotion in March of 2021. I recently surpassed twenty training visits and am eager to share why I love the team here.

    I have worked with each of the trainers at InMotion. While they are all unique in personality they all possess the most important quality of a good teacher/coach/trainer which is the ability to listen for understanding. I have awful knees, self confidence, and struggle with form and made it pretty clear to Justin, Billy, and Moonin, my trainers. I am hard on myself and need to feel safe while working out. Like everyone else, do not want to get hurt while exercising. Each member of the team has developed a series of movements to improve my strength, confidence, and endurance while focusing on FORM. I never feel that I cannot tell them an exercise feels weird and frequently they recognize it before I do.

    I really appreciate and value that while I am training, their singular focus in on me. Each session at InMotion maximizes the time for the greatest physical benefit. I already feel stronger and am taking baby steps to build some confidence which is due to the support and expertise of the team at InMotion. I hope my story will inspire you to take the big step of contacting them and letting them support you on your journey as well.

    Great fitness and training sessions from both Moonin and Justin. They tune each session according to a persons needs (goals, initial assessment, current health), and how how the persons feeling that day. They push them just the optimal amount to constantly make progress. Above all, they are also both fun to work with, and educate us on our routines.
    The place and the equipment are great, location is easy to get to, with ample parking. For someone like me, someone with very little motivation to consistently workout on their own, this is a great option - an option where we do not have to worry about planning our routine to get a workout that exercises all muscle groups.

For the majority of my adult life I was morbidly obsese and am currently about 30-40 pounds over my ideal weight. Conventional gyms terrify me and still do.

    Since 2013, I have been participating in functional fitness/boot camp classes and seeing a personal trainer. In February of 2020, I was going to two classes a week and seeing a trainer on two other days until Covid hit.
    I lost both of my beloved trainers, one to a maternity leave and the other to a job change. The tiny gym I was attending classes at stopped in person classes and I stopped moving and gained 30 pounds.

    In February of 2021, I decided I could not go a full year without exercise or more importantly, the health benefits that come with exercise. I started doing research and tried a small gym that was not a good fit. I then found InMotion in March of 2021. I recently surpassed twenty training visits and am eager to share why I love the team here.

    I have worked with each of the trainers at InMotion. While they are all unique in personality they all possess the most important quality of a good teacher/coach/trainer which is the ability to listen for understanding. I have awful knees, self confidence, and struggle with form and made it pretty clear to Justin, Billy, and Moonin, my trainers. I am hard on myself and need to feel safe while working out. Like everyone else, do not want to get hurt while exercising. Each member of the team has developed a series of movements to improve my strength, confidence, and endurance while focusing on FORM. I never feel that I cannot tell them an exercise feels weird and frequently they recognize it before I do.

    I really appreciate and value that while I am training, their singular focus in on me. Each session at InMotion maximizes the time for the greatest physical benefit. I already feel stronger and am taking baby steps to build some confidence which is due to the support and expertise of the team at InMotion. The classes are very tailored and feel like personal training, targeting problem areas and working on entire body. Also they are amazingly flexible and I have had (more than) a few times where I had to cancel or reschedule and it has never been an issue.     So I have had a ton of personal trainers over the years. When I decided to get back into it I did a lot of research and met with about 5 gyms. The thing about personal trainers is that they're not really regulated, and many are given clients to train with little to no background information. InMotion impressed me with their obvious knowledge, conscientiousness, and friendliness. They do an extensive fitness & mobility assessment that gave me confidence in their ability to help me get healthier without injury.

    TLDR: Great location, quality facilities designed for a large range of fitness goals /mobility constraints, and great guys that care about building strength and stamina while minimizing risk of injury.

    Moonin trained my girlfrind and I starting in my 6th month of recovery from knee surgery and he always did a great job of balancing pushing us and protecting our weaker joints. After 12 or so sessions my knee and leg strength strength has night and day improved and my overall flexibility/mobility and comfort has improved massively as well.

    They were very flexible on making my non-conventional schedule work with traveling to and from Boston, Northborough, and Hopkinton in the evenings.

    In order to give a more objective review, I decide to completed the four month fitness training with Moonin at InMotion. 6 months after I gave birth to my baby which is this April, I started to exercise in InMotion. This personal training fitness center is not only provides a great service, it has the state of art equipment, and awesome space! Also the coach is excellent and very professional. My coach Moonin who is the owner of InMotion, understands what I need, he advises me on diet plans, and helps me to achieve my goals. He is very sincere, positive, professional and very attentive and trustworthy. He would help me to set goals and plans based on my needs. I was there three times a week and for just 4 months training, my body has changed from a slightly chubby body to form a distinct muscle line and a firmer body. Furthermore, my back and spinal pain/soreness due to carrying my baby was completely gone! The consistent and regular exercise with Moonin makes me feel good and I have loads of energy that I do not have before. My husband and friends see the change and now exercising at InMotion as well.     For my exercise routine, I had been doing boxing but was getting bored with just boxing. I've used personal trainers in the past and was looking for something more personal that wasn't in a crowded gym with all the distractions that arise. I decided to give training another try and do more research this time. I found the website for In Motion Personal training and read the stellar reviews that were given to Moonin and Billy. So, I called and talked with Moonin and made an appointment for my free consultation. One thing that stood out initially was Moonin and Billy's three step approach. The first was an hour consultation to review my fitness goals. The next appointment was a fitness assessment to see what I needed to improve on and how flexible I was. The final appointment (for free) was a 45 minute personal training session with Billy. I was blown away that they both spent so much time with me (for free) for these three sessions. I decided to buy a package of 100 training sessions and am working out twice a week with Billy and Moonin. They are both extremely dedicated trainers that take the time to know each client and work with you. I receive custom workout sessions and have been now working out with them since October. I've gotten noticeably stronger and initially was complaining about a bad right shoulder. That has gone away, as well as, my waist going down three inches.     So far, so good! I have balance and equilibrium issues and Billy really pays attention while I am training and makes adjustments to make my workouts more comfortable so I don’t need to stop so often because I’m dizzy.     I began training with Moonin several months ago and I am extremely pleased with my results so far. I am a stay at home mom and I desperately needed some motivation to get back in shape. The classes are very tailored and feel like personal training, targeting problem areas and working on entire body. Billy has been amazing at explaining movements and reasons for certain exercises, which is helpful for someone trying to get back in the swing of things. The gym itself is exceptionally clean and inviting. Trainers are very flexible with scheduling sessions, with early mornings available which was crucial for me.
